Matryoshka's R&D activities led to development of two innovative products in the food and beverage industry. In 2018 Matryoshka designed wine ice-cream, a unique ice-cream that will disrupt two industries traditional ice-cream industry and wine industry. At the end of 2019 the company developed a second innovative product, multi-functional natural food additive from grape marc waste. At the moment, the company is building its' own manufacturing plant in order to be able to commercialize both products.
